Pre-Order Policy
Pre-Order Terms and Conditions
By placing a pre-order with SAVID, you agree to the terms and conditions below.
SAVID may list items for pre-order in a range of situations, including but not limited to an item being out of stock, a new item awaiting stock arrival, or a future inventory replenishment of an item currently in stock.
When you place a pre-order, you are charged at the time of purchase. Placing a pre-order is your express agreement to your payment method being charged at that time.
The estimated shipping date for a pre-ordered item is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation email. That date is an estimate. It is not a guaranteed date of delivery or receipt, and it is subject to change based on production, supplier availability, or other circumstances outside our control.
Any modification you request to a pre-order after it is placed may result in a later shipping date and/or additional shipping fees at your expense.
SAVID reserves the right to cancel a delayed pre-order at any time (a “Discretionary Cancellation”).
If we cancel your pre-order, a full refund is issued to your original payment method.
If you change your mind and want a refund on a pre-ordered item, you have 7 days from the date the order was placed to request one.
Submit your request through our Contact Form. Once accepted, the refund is processed back to your original payment method.
All other, non-pre-order purchases are subject to our standard Returns policy.
SAVID reserves the right to cancel any delayed pre-order at any time.
We will make every effort to ship available pre-order inventory as close to the estimated ship date as possible. This may result in your order arriving in multiple shipments.
If an item has not shipped within 14 days after the original estimated ship date, you may request cancellation of the affected item(s) for a refund to your original payment method through our Contact Form.
We will provide updates by email as soon as possible regarding your pre-order status. If we are ultimately unable to fulfill your order, a full refund is processed automatically.
If you cancel your pre-order due to a delay, or if we cancel your order, you receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days of the cancellation.
When placing a pre-order you provide information including your shipping address and billing information. You represent and warrant that this information is accurate, and you are responsible for keeping it current.
It is your responsibility to make sure the email address you provide at checkout is valid and checked regularly — including your spam folder — for communications about pre-order updates and potential delays.
SAVID has no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information, or for information that later becomes outdated, and has no obligation to determine correct contact or shipping information on your behalf.
You can update your information at any time before your item ships through our Contact Form.
SAVID reserves the right to update or modify these Pre-Order Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes are posted on trysavid.com, and continued use of the site or participation in a pre-order after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
SAVID is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from a delay in shipment. This includes, but is not limited to, any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
